Having Hidradenitis Suppurativa means that there are even more restrictions for me on Autoimmune Protocol. This list by no means applies to everyone with an Autoimmune Disorder. It may not even apply to others who have Hidradenitis Suppurativa because we all are at different stages of the disease and differ in general. This is a list of things that I personally have reactions to and must avoid while being on Autoimmune Protocol.
